SETTING UP
The Governor setup is designed to get Schools up and running with paperless governance as quickly and simply as possible. After the initial setup which normally takes an hour, you will be ready to populate the system with your full Governors details, meetings calendar, and your secure online documents. We are on-hand to assist at any stage of the process, but as the system is very user friendly and intuitive, we are confident you will have few if any problems.
Understanding of the system and its' full potential is key to getting early adoption of the system by your governors, so we are happy to offer on-site presentations at reasonable cost. Alternatively we can offer a free online conference call with screen sharing to take you through the system so that you can promote it fully yourself.
THE PROCESS
1. Register your interest by completing the form below.
2. We will send you a welcome email with a link to our system where you can set up your account. We will need:
Details of the School
Your classification of governor types (or use our template)
A list of Governors and their email addresses
Your sub-committee structure (or use our template)
Your classification of document types (or use our template)
3. On completion you will be sent details of how to get started, with options to have a free online conference call or in-person meeting at additional cost.
4. Our free online support system will be available to help with any issues.
5. Fees are due 30 days after registration allowing you time to set up and test the system. The fees are simple:
Infant/Junior/Primary school annual license fee is £300 + Vat
Secondary school annual license fee is £500 + Vat.
